How do I get started with Stratynex?
Create a free account, complete Level 0, then continue with the free access available to you or upgrade to access full courses and advanced features.
What if I need help with my account or subscription?
Email support@stratynex.com with your account email and issue description. For billing questions, include your order number if available. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
Do you offer live support or phone support?
We offer email support (support@stratynex.com) and community support via Discord. We don't currently offer phone support, but our Discord community and email team are highly responsive.
Can I request a feature or report a bug?
Yes! Email support@stratynex.com with "Feature Request" or "Bug Report" in the subject line. Include details about what you need or what went wrong. We review all feedback.
How long does it take to hear back?
